Sarah has been practicing in the spa industry for nearly a decade.

Though she is a trained nail technician, esthetician, and massage therapist; she finds her passion in massage therapy most rewarding. She received her degree at Sister Rosalind’s School of Massage (a philosophy that resonates through Sarah) that is based on healing of the body, mind, and spirit through touch.

Her career originated in St. Paul on Grand Avenue, then transitioned to Minneapolis. “I am thrilled to be back in St. Paul and working with such an enthusiastic and close-knit group of people.”

Sarah believes and understands that sometimes in life the most vital thing you can do is listen to your body and to take a complete rest. Her calming and easy-going personality channels through her massages. Through intuition and many years of experience, Sarah customizes each massage to her client’s needs. “I love the flow of a Swedish massage, but like to incorporate deep tissue techniques as well. I want you to be feeling relaxed, with a sense of inner peace, and yet feel like you got great body work done!”

Back to Basics – $15
~ An exfoliating sugar scrub massaged into the back and removed with hot steaming towels. Perfect for itchy, dry, hard-to-reach skin!

Hand and Foot Renewal Treatment – $45 (30 min.)
~ An exfoliating sugar scrub is massaged into the hands and feet followed by a hydrating wrap. The hands and feet are then wrapped in warm, steamy towels to allow products to penetrate into the skin. Then followed by an invigorating hand and foot massage!

Ginkgo Biloba Eye Treatment – $10
~ Your eyes can reflect poor nutrition, dehydration, travel fatigue and the demands of your daily lifestyle. This eye treatment relieves dark circles and unappealing puffiness for refreshed, radiant eyes!

Hot Stone Massage – $10
~ Enhance your massage experience with heated stones that warm up tired, tight muscles and leave you feeling rejuvenated!

Hydrating Facial Mask – $20
~ Replenish your skin with essential ingredients Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B5. This facial sheet mask improves elasticity and plumps up your skin leaving you dewy all day.
